Appearing, all of
Italian citizenship, of whose personal identity I Notary public am sure convene and
stipulates how much follows:
Art.1 - Is'
constituted between same an association under the denomination of " National
Association of the Italian-Somali Community ", more shortly " A.N.C.I.S. "
Art.2 - the Society
has legal situs in Rome, currently in Via Mario Menghini N°21and secondary center in
Milan, currently in Via Donizetti, 3.
Art.3 - the
Association does not have lucrative disposition and has like scope:
The
support to the pacification process, development of the Somalia;
the
acquaintance of the social and historical identity of such theItalian-Somali Community
that shape which cultural minority and to aim will have to importance the systematic study
of the colonial history of Somalia; the aforesaid study will constitute the base of the
bilateral relations;
protection
of the community in it's members of Italian citizens and somalis;
development
of the relations between the Italian institutions and the community Italian-somali
finalized to the configuration of same like subject of mediation between Italy and the
Somalia in historical force of the common truth that the Community represents.
Art.4 - the
Association has the limitless duration - the Association has the scopes of which to art.
the 2 of the Corporate charter, in particular it supplies to institute the following
services and the indicated purposes:
a
cultural, historical and legal service of the common patrimony;
a
service familiar associate in competition of the cases of social uneasiness;
a
service of encounter, reunions and debates, with promotion of festivities and folkloristic
cultural manifestations, let alone of how much other profit to the functionality of the
Association;
a
national and international, operating service of acquaintance and relationships with
Associations and Agencies in the within of the international cooperation, and/or having
objective of material moral attendance towards the countries thirds party;
a
service of professional formation for the young people of the Italian-Somali Community,
finalized to the realization of the objectives from cooperation that the Association
proposes itself;
a
special service for the constitution of particular Technical-scientific committees for the
study of programs of feasibility also with the participation of personalities not
registered to the A.N.C.I.S.;
the
engagement to obtain, from part of the legitimate government somali, a directed
acknowledgment to modify the legal status of Italian-Somali in the somali legislation, in
reason of their etnical/cultural belongings to Italy and the Somalia;
activation of a
sponsorship of direct legal defense or plaintiff, for the members of the Community, in
civil and penal center. The Association, in person of the own representatives, compatibly
with fine its of solidarity and patrimonial ability proposes itself to promote and to
mobilitare all the useful and effective instruments wich it has for the realization of the
objectives of which to the present article.
The all Community of
italian/somali are sons of mother somali and father italian and vice versa, and all them
was born in Somalia
